LGBTQ Policy

Introduction GRFM (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to creating a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. This LGBTQ Policy sets out our commitment to supporting and advocating for LGBTQ employees and promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace.

Policy Statement GRFM is committed to:

  • Providing a workplace that is free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • Treating all employees with respect, dignity, and fairness.
  • Providing equal employment opportunities to all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • Providing appropriate support and resources to LGBTQ employees.
